Executive Chef, Grouse Mountain


Born and raised in Vancouver, Dino has brought his Italian-based, West Coast inspired cuisine to well-known establishments throughout Vancouver including Seasons in the Park, Bridges, Lola's and The Teahouse.

What he learned about food and cooking from his mother:
My grandmother Eleonora taught me that the best food is made from scratch and with love to be shared with family and friends.


 3:30pm - Banks Thomas
Salt Spring Coffee Company

Green Table Network


After a career in public broadcasting, André traded his passionate amateur status for that of professional chef at New York City's French Culinary Institute. In 2007, Andre founded the Green Table Network, a mission-driven enterprise fostering sustainability in the foodservice industry with more than 60 member operations in BC's Lower Mainland.


 5:30pm - Trevor Kallies
Manager, Granville Room


Trevor Kallies has been with Donnelly Hospitality for just under 4 years, most of that as manager of the Granville Room. His bartending career spans about 8 years. He's been interested in cocktail culture for the past three years and have been experimenting with different drinks and flavours ever since. With the encouragement of Green Table he has taken to organic products for his newest creations.
